Christine A. Richards
President
During the 18 years that Ms. Richards has been with MDG Companies, she has held a variety of positions that have encompassed construction and development of office buildings and condominiums, marketing, leasing, and long range planning activities associated primarily with the commercial side of real estate development. While MDG of West Virginia will continue to promote residential development, their additional focus will be to explore commercial and retail possibilities in the County.
Chris will also continue to spend part of her

construction, Justin oversees the development and construction of

Director of Administration
Elaine is a lifelong resident of Berkeley Springs and has a deep love for and knowledge of the surrounding areas. Elaine began her career with MDG Companies of WV in 2004 and became a licensed realtor shortly thereafter.
She left MDG in 2007 to pursue a fulltime real
estate career, but when MDG decided to outsource their real estate
activities through the Berkeley Realty Group in early 2008, she used
her affiliation with
In addition to her realty activities, Elaine
also works three to four days a week as the Administrative Manager
of MDG’s
Enos Ray
Director of Field Operations
Enos joined MDG several years ago after
completing 32 years of service with Mack Truck in
His humorous personality is contagious and his relationship with property owners is stellar. Everyone associated with MDG is thrilled that Enos spends his “retirement” working in our communities.
